Insight Recruitment Case Study

Insight Recruitment came to us as they were rebranding their business & required a website to showcase their business. They also required us to integrate a 3rd Party Software Application they were using to display current jobs on website. 

We were also asked to create stationary packs to include business cards, complimentary slips & company letterheads inline with our new brand identity. We were well up for the challenge & really enjoyed the whole process from start to finish.

> Brand

The guys really wanted to have a strong identity to help them make an impact both locally & nationally. We were up to the challenge & decided on a strong font & colour scheme.

They also specified that they wanted a emblem that could be used to easily identify them going forward. We picked up on this & create one, concentrating on the “i” of Insight to create a memorable overall brand.

> Stationary

After the initial brand design we were asked to create an identity pack to apply their brand across all print collateral. We started by creating business cards for each of the executives within the organisation in-line with their brand creation.

We followed up by creating headed notepaper, invoice sheets & envelopes. The resulting stationary ties their online & offline material to provide a cohesive look & feel across their website & print material.

> Responsive Web Design

Like all our websites the process of creating a website for the guys first involved creating designs that would scale on any device providing a fully responsive layout. This is an important consideration because most people now access the web through mobile devices & information must be displayed in the appropriate format for readability etc…

Strong CTA’s (Call To Action) where used throughout the website to make the process of applying for jobs or to up-skill through training as easy as possible. Important information such as registering CV’s & contact links were added to the header of each page to make the process of applying for jobs or contacting the guys a simple process.

> 3rd Party Software Integration

Insight already had a 3rd party cloud based software package to make the process of tracking applications & suppliers as easy as possible. We were required to integrate this into their website so there would be no duplication when adding clients between both systems.

We achieved this through the use of an API provided by the software company, which allowed us add current job listings & a means to apply through their website. This information was then assessable on the cloud system allowing the guys to easily reply & track applicants.

Very good service received from Robin & Seamus. Nothing was too much trouble for them – they have a good practical business sense and know what works! I would definitely use Media Helm again.
